In this episode, we interview Leslie Draffin, who is an internationally certified menstrual cycle coach, microdosing guide, feminine embodiment mentor, and podcast host. She is passionate about eradicating shame & fear around women's bodies, cycles, and sex. She believes in empowering women to come home to their bodies while embracing their divine, cyclical natures. Leslie was called to this work after feeling disconnected from herself through much of her 20s, then quitting hormonal birth control & being diagnosed with PCOS. Now she helps guide clients through holistic, esoteric and somatic healing modalities.
If you want to give to others ad love them, the first way is to truly begin to connect with yourself and love on yourself. As Alyssa and Tara chat with Leslie, you will learn unique ways to care for yourself that you may not have considered before. As this episode comes out on Valentine's Day, we encourage you to find a chance to spend time alone, loving on yourself and who you are. It is so easy to get caught up in the idea of what this holiday means, instead of connecting with your love for yourself. If you have a difficult time giving to yourself and crafting a ritual of love, then this episode is for you!
